| Directions |

- Cook rice in boiling water for 15 minutes until tender but still firm.
- Drain and rinse with boiling water.
- In a small saucepan, cook eggs over moderately low heat, stirring until lightly scrambled.
- Remove and keep warm.
- In a wok, heat oil, add garlic, spring onions and peas and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Stir in rice to mix thoroughly.
- Add soy sauce, eggs and salt.
- Stir to break up egg and mix thoroughly.
- Dish is ready for serving.
