Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients
1. White Rice 150 Gram
2. Eggs, Beaten 3
3. Vegetable Oil 2 Table Spoons
4. Clove Garlic, Chopped 1
5. Onions, Finely Chopped 3
6. Thawed Peas, Cooked or Frozen 115 Grams
7. Soy Sauce 1 Table Spoon
8. Salt 1 Table Spoon
   

Directions
  1. Cook rice in boiling water for 15 minutes until tender but still firm.
  2. Drain and rinse with boiling water.
  3. In a small saucepan, cook eggs over moderately low heat, stirring until lightly scrambled.
  4. Remove and keep warm.
  5. In a wok, heat oil, add garlic, spring onions and peas and stir fry for 1 minute.
  6. Stir in rice to mix thoroughly.
  7. Add soy sauce, eggs and salt.
  8. Stir to break up egg and mix thoroughly.
  9. Dish is ready for serving.
